Refund Policy 

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchases. This section outlines our commitment to addressing your concerns and ensuring a smooth resolution process.


LYOB will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, please see the following exceptions and processes.  

For any Product that has never been opened or used, we will accept all returns for all items within 30 days. These returns will have no restocking or removal fee. All returns have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. 


Products that are to be returned due to damage during shipping We will accept all damaged products back due to shipping up to 30 days. LYOB must be notified within 7 days of shipping delivery if the items have been damaged during shipping. These items will not incur a restocking or removal fee, all of these returns will be honored. 

If, the customer, can provide proof of damage during shipping- there will be no return shipping flat fee of $5.99 for damaged products that have been verified by LYOB due to shipping. LYOB will honor those returns within 30 days of purchase. 


We will accept returns of up to 15 days for products that have been slightly used, due to dissatisfaction.

LYOB wants their customers to be long-time customers and your satisfaction means a lot to us. For purchases that you are dissatisfied with, we will take the returns up to 15 dayafrs of purchase, but these items will incur a restocking/removal fee of 20% of the cost of the product. All returns will have a $5.99 flat fee shipping return. 

We believe in our products. We will only provide our customers with products that we would use ourselves. We try as much as it is possible to be sure we are providing quality-inspected, and cared-for materials before they are packaged and shipped to our customers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases as well as we need to do what is financially feasible for our brand to maintain growth and sustainability. Our products are priced to make the purchase beneficial to the customer; therefore, we are unable to provide free shipping on the purchase of 1 item or on returns. We will continue to provide you with quality-inspected, environmentally friendly, and in some cases organic self-care and travel-convenient products to support self-love.
